The City's Administration Department is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the City's services and departments. The City of Randleman operates under the Council-Manager form of Government, which combines the leadership of elected officials with the professional experience of an appointed City Manager. 

The City Manager for the City of Randleman is Zachary Hewett.  Zack was appointed City Manager by the Board of Aldermen in May of 2018.  He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems, all from East Carolina University.  He is a graduate of the 2016-2017 class of the Municipal and County Administration Course from the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Mr. Hewett previously served as Finance Director for the City of Randleman since December of 2014.
